A special thanks for Keith Morgan (International weightlifting coach) and Jo Calvino (21 times British national weightlifting Champion) for attending an ISG site for Imperial Ductwork to give a talk and demonstration on manual handling and safe lifting. Keith and Jo demonstration how important it is to lift any load safety by using the correct posture and correct technique. They also gave helpful tips on common lifting inside and outside of the workplace. We would also like to thanks Jay Barker (Site Manager for Imperial Ductwork) and Qiyaam Barnard (ISG health & safety manager) for their help in organising this event.
