The City Gate House project is building situated in Finsbury Square that was built circa 1920’s and is currently being refurbished with the intentions of returning the building to a commercial office space with a new reception and central core.
IDSL will installing the ventilation systems and Air Conditioning systems on the City Gate House project which covers all of the floors from Basement level 01 through to level 08 (Roof)
The ventilation scope compromises of ventilation risers that are being installed within new riser shaft openings/within the existing structure and stair core areas and that will connect to the new air handing unit systems.
The ventilation scope also includes the basement systems that serve multiple areas and dedicated plant.
IDSL’s Air Conditioning team will be supplying & installing the A/C systems throughout the City Gate House project and they will be handing over a fully commissioned and compliant system to the client on completion.
